The Maestro Genesis Air Purifier employs a comprehensive 5-stage filtration system to capture various pollutants and allergens. The stages include:
Particulate Membrane: This washable and reusable membrane captures initial dust and allergen particles, providing a clean foundation for the filtration process. It has an average lifespan of 2 years.
Activated Carbon: The Granular Active Carbon (GAC) filter, derived from wood-fired virgin coconut husk, effectively absorbs gases and odours. With its larger surface area, it enhances the trapping and absorption capabilities of the Maestro Combination filter.
HEPA 13: The HEPA 13 filter captures dust, smoke, pollen, and other allergens, removing 99.95% of particles larger than 0.30μm. Its interwoven layers of sub-micron material trap and diffuse viruses, smoke, and Volatile Organic Carbons (VOCs). The HEPA filter has a lifespan of 12 months with continual use.
UVC Light Technology: The UVC light kills microorganisms like bacteria and viruses that may be trapped on the HEPA surface. It specifically targets the filter surface to ensure optimal sterilisation. The steriliser has a lifespan of 16,000 working hours, and the UV light strength is 300 nanos (short wave rays).
Negative Ion Generator: The air purifier features a negative ion generator that produces negative ions, which bind to positively charged particles in the air. This process causes the particles to fall to the ground, further improving air quality.
